Required Qualifications

vHigh School Diploma or equivalent

vMinimum 2 years of administrative experience

vProficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Forms highly preferable

vExperience with Accounts Payable

vExperience with State Compliance Procedures

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• State Compliance Assistance: Assist in organizing and conducting state-required in-services for the nursing home facility staff members.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments within the facility, including but not limited to HR, Accounting, and Nursing.
• Accounts Payable (AP): Support the AP process by verifying invoices, preparing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
• Data Management: Utilize Microsoft Forms and other software to collect and organize data efficiently.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in accordance with company policies and state regulations.
• Communication: Facilitate communication between staff members, residents, families, and external stakeholders as needed.
• Calendar Management: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events for the facility.
• Office Management: Manage office supplies inventory and ensure proper functioning of office equipment.
