Gracehaven is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Supervising Case Manager to lead our team in providing trauma-informed care to those affected by child sexual exploitation and trafficking.

Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise and develop case managers
• Ensure all services meet Gracehaven's standards and regulations
• Provide individual and family support, education, and crisis management
• Coordinate care with families, community partners, and mental health professionals
• Oversee client progress and develop individualized recovery plans
• Maintain accurate case documentation and reports
• Participate in professional development and training

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years experience in trauma-informed care and case management
• Experience working with survivors of child sexual abuse and trafficking
• Strong clinical and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Agreement with the Central Ohio Youth for Christ and Gracehaven Standards of
  Conduct and Statement of Faith
