Must have either LISW or LPCC

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, including interviews, psychological testing, and observation.
• Formulate accurate diagnoses based on assessment findings and diagnostic criteria outlined in relevant diagnostic manuals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on addressing their specific needs, goals, and strengths.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and others, to help clients manage symptoms and improve coping skills.
• Monitor clients' progress throughout treatment and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Offer crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute psychiatric emergencies or suicidal ideation.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and strategies for maintaining wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant information in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services.
• Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral healthcare through continuing education, training seminars, and professional literature.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
