Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled and compassionate CCM's - Registered Nurses to join our healthcare network. As a CCM, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. This is a 1099 position. We will supply you the clients.

Responsibilities:
You are expected to work with patients and connect them with healthcare professionals, providers, and resources the patient requires to achieve their goals.

Develop, implement and review healthcare plans for patients that are geriatric, recovering from injuries or dealing with serious work related illness.

Skills:
- CERTIFIED CASE MANAGER

-Valid nursing license and registration
- Proficient in tube feeding techniques
- Knowledge of coding practices related to nursing procedures
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to provide quality patient care
- Familiarity with basic life support (BLS) procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
