Empower Survivors, Advance Justice: Be a Comprehensive Case Manager

Make a lasting difference in the lives of survivors of child sexual exploitation and trafficking at Gracehaven. As a Comprehensive Case Manager, you'll play a vital role in their healing, empowerment, and access to justice.

⭐️Be a champion for survivors: Advocate for their needs and support their journey towards well-being.

⭐️Deliver trauma-informed care: Build trust and provide holistic support in a safe and empowering environment.

⭐️Advance social justice: Contribute to a safer world by preventing abuse and holding perpetrators accountable.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide trauma-informed case management: Build trusting relationships, assess needs, and develop individualized service plans.
  • Empower survivors: Connect them with essential resources, including legal aid, housing support, and mentorship programs.
  • Educate and advocate: Deliver trainings and presentations on child sexual exploitation and trafficking prevention and intervention.
  • Maintain accurate records and data: Ensure client confidentiality and comply with reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively: Partner with various agencies and stakeholders to coordinate care and advocate for systemic change.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for social justice and a commitment to supporting survivors of trauma.
  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to Gracehaven's mission and values.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Valid driver's license.
