Interdisciplinary Team Coordinator & Network Advocate

Do you have a passion for helping youth and a heart for advocacy? Are you looking to make a real difference in the fight against human trafficking?

The Interdisciplinary Team Coordinator & Network Advocate plays a vital role in Gracehaven's mission to provide care and support to trafficked and exploited youth. This position requires a highly motivated and compassionate individual to coordinate our team's efforts, build strong partnerships with community organizations, and ensure all youth have access to the resources they need to heal and thrive.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with anti-trafficking coalitions and safe harbor programs to provide consultation, screening, and wraparound services for youth.
  • Advocate for youth navigating the juvenile justice system and other complex systems.
  • Expand Gracehaven's network of referral sources by building strong partnerships with community stakeholders.
  • Deliver training on human trafficking, trauma-informed care, and related topics to internal staff and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and data in accordance with grant requirements.
  • Participate in staff and supervisory meetings, and maintain open communication with program leadership.
  • Uphold Gracehaven's faith-based mission and provide optional faith-based support to clients upon request.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of an Associate's degree in Social Services (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of three years of experience working with at-risk youth and/or survivors of complex trauma.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining collaborative partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting.
  • Commitment to Gracehaven's faith-based mission.
