gpac is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Queens, NY

A respected, well-established construction company in Queens has partnered with gpac to find an Administrative Assistant to join their vibrant, growing team. The company is family-oriented and provides a positive, professional, & inclusive working environment. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a receptionist or office assistant
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent software
  • Computer and email savvy
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Construction experience a plus
  • Spanish proficiency a bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and email
  • Typing up proposals and reviewing contracts
  • Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
  • Following up on signatures and status updates using Monday.com
  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Creating and organizing job folders online
  • Performing data entry & filing tasks
  • Ordering insurance for each job
