Administrative Assistant for an educational service center located in Long Island City.
Job Description:
- Communicating with parents regarding their children's educational needs
- Scheduling classes
- Communicating with instructors about schedule/materials/students' progress
- Organize study materials as directed
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree(Education related field is a plus)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Clear communication skills
- Responsible and Punctual
- Must be very organized and detailed oriented
- Basic Computer Skills Needed: Word, Excel
Working Schedule:
Full time:
Monday-Friday: 12:30pm-7pm
Saturday:8:30am-4:30pm
