Gotham Companies is seeking a Full-Time Healthcare Recruiter.

This recruiter will work with our clients to assist in the high-volume recruitment and hiring of top healthcare talent across the organization. In this role, you will work with the hiring managers throughout NYC and the westchester areas to efficiently and effectively meet hiring needs while collaborating with a team of human resources and recruiting colleagues. You will utilize your strong interpersonal, customer skills and organizational skills to help to make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families, current employees, and in your own career as you expand your skills and expertise.

What You Will Do:

• Recruit, Source, and Interview prospective Medical/Clerical Professionals for ongoing slate of positions on a Per-Diem and Long-Term basis.
• Provide high-volume recruiting services to identify and hire top healthcare talent for the hospital.
• Manage the hiring process to ensure timely and cost effective filling of departmental vacancies.
• Develop relationships and partners with and maintains ongoing communication with hiring managers throughout the process.
• Ensures receipt of completed and approved requisitions for all job postings that comply with hospital and facility requirements.
• Manage the selection, assessment, presentation of candidates to department managers.
• Fulfill client needs through vendor management systems
• Utilize various recruiting strategies ranging from internet recruiting, advertising, and employee referrals in order to maintain a pool of qualified candidates to include hard-to-fill and critical skill positions.
• Utilize the job boards, post ads and social media to recruit qualified candidates.

Qualification/Experience:

• Healthcare experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Must be comfortable speaking and communicating with clients and candidates via phone, text, email, and face to face
• Ability to network and manage a large flow of candidates/clients
• Applicant Tracking Systems
• Familiarity with Vendor management systems (such as rightsourcing/magnit, Vaya, etc)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Knowledge of calendar management
• Motivated and focused on achieving personal and team goals.
• Results oriented within a fast paced environment; able to adhere to tight deadlines.

Education requirement:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Business administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology or in a relevant field preferred

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Pay: Hourly Commission (based on experience)
