Executive Administrative Assistant
Manage office operations for Good Earth Minerals, LLC (GEM) and subsidiaries – Answer phones. Assist with special projects as requested by other Executives. Maintain licensure and permits for all operations. Schedule A/P. Maintain business machines and vendor relations. Create, edit, proofread documents. Maintain filing and electronic storage of company documents. Prepare and email Non-Disclosure Agreements.
Administrative Requirements
Microsoft Office Suite: Set up email accounts/assign licenses
Domain name renewals
Check websites monthly to ensure ‘Contact Us’ forms are working
Coordinate compliance reporting
Setup meetings and conference calls, send calendar invites, order catering for meetings
Travel arrangements for Executives and Team Members
Manage daily operations of a corporate entity
