Our twenty-five-year-old company is growing rapidly and is looking to fill the role of Administrative Assistant/Permit Coordinator position. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining administrative functions of the projects while providing strong support to the operations team with planning, organizing and other deliverables.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Assist with planning, implementation, and delivery of active projects
· Monitor project documentation for integrity and completeness for all projects
· Develop and track deliverables, and offer suggestions for future enhancements
· Support end-to-end submission of permit applications
· Perform data entry and word processing as necessary
· Submit permit packages via online systems, or in person as necessary
· Handle day to day project level client communication
· Reliable, adaptable and able to pivot with changing priorities
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Associates Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or similar project experience
Experience
· Two years of experience in either an administrative or project/permit role
· Basic understanding of construction methods and procedures
· Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Highly organized and detail orientated ability to work under tight deadlines
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
· Telecom experience a plus
