Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a talented and motivated Project/Task Order Program Manager to support in an onsite capacity at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leveraging their program execution expertise in task order standup, transition, and overall execution of the program and resources.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the planning, approval, and implementation of specific tasks that are part of the task order
• Defines and explains the scale, cost, and timetable of the task order
• Acts as the point of contact for the implementation of task order assignments
• Confirms that the tasks are completed on time, in sequence, within budget, and under the terms of the task order agreement
• Performs a task analysis to understand the impact and risks associated with project tasks
• Evaluates project protocols and procedures to reduce costs and improve the quality of executed assignments
• Writes and reviews technical documents and prepares monthly status reports
• Meets and communicates with project stakeholders, including government personnel. Procures materials and labor to complete contract agreements
• Manages the activities of contractor personnel and subcontractors

Required Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret (TS)/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, information systems, geography, GIS, computer science, or a related field
• 10 years of proven experience in project/program management in Government/ Industry contracting
• PMI PMP Certification
• Must have excellent project management, budget, risk analysis, procurement, communication, and team leadership skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Army Geospatial Center (AGC), Program Manager, Intelligence Systems & Analytics (PM IS&A), and Software Engineering Center (SEC)
• Experience with Systems Engineering and Integration best practices as a service provider
• Experience in cost reduction, quality improvements, Government stakeholder engagement at the highest levels, technical writing, and advanced organizational skills
• ITIL v4 Certification or experience in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
