UpSlope Advisors is seeking an exceptional candidate to serve as Alternate Program Manager for the Background Investigations Submissions Support (BISS) Services of the Army Intelligence and Security Command Department of the Army.

The Alternate Program Manager shall be responsible for the overall administrative management of contract personnel and ensuring the achievement of all contract performance requirements. This person will have written authority to act as the Contractor’s agent in matters concerning the performance and administration of this contract. Additionally this person will provide personnel to perform and review entries in the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS), the NBIB Central Verification System (CVS), Electronic Questionnaire for Investigations Processing (e-QIP), and related databases. The Contractor will conduct reviews of security questionnaires and provide feedback to Applicants completing these documents through both electronic mail (email) and verbal (telephonic) communication methods.

Education and Experience

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, or human resources or five (5) years’ experience in the personnel investigative security field.
• A minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience supervising a minimum of 50 personnel in the management of personnel security-related operations.
• Extensive knowledge of the hardware, software, and peripherals identified in the contract
• Experience working

Security Requirement

• A Secret security clearance (or have the ability to obtain one), based on Tier 3 (T3) level (formerly NACLC) or equivalent investigation
