- Knowledge of Defense Acquisition policies and regulations including Major Systems Acquisition, Middle Tier Acquisition, and Urgent Capabilities Acquisition
- Experience preparing, planning, and conducting Weapon System Reviews and Milestone Decisions to include associated documentation
- Experience planning and orchestrating Integrated Product Teams
- Knowledge of Acquisition Discipline, audits, and compliance monitoring
- Knowledge of FAR, DFAR, AFARS, OTA, and contracting strategies
- Experience with Army planning cycle including POM, APBB, SPAR, and FIRB
- Experience with budget execution (OSD Goals), program reviews, QPR, EOM, fiscal law, appropriations
