UpSlope Advisors is seeking an exceptional candidate to serve as Program Manager for the Background Investigations Submissions Support (BISS) Services of the Army Intelligence and Security Command Department of the Army.
The Program Manager shall be responsible for the overall administrative management of contract personnel and ensuring the achievement of all contract performance requirements. This person will provide personnel to perform and review entries in the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS), the NBIB Central Verification System (CVS), Electronic Questionnaire for Investigations Processing (e-QIP), and related databases. The Contractor will conduct reviews of security questionnaires and provide feedback to Applicants completing these documents through both electronic mail (email) and verbal (telephonic) communication methods.
