FosterThomas is Hiring a Project Support Specialist Near Washington, DC
Responsibilities:
The PSS shall be familiar project management principles and display proficiency utilizing computer analysis tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Project, and Office. The PSS shall also have prior experience supporting the following activities:· Tracking budgets and funding information
· Scheduling and coordination of project interactions among existing and occupied facilities
· Supporting interdisciplinary teams of professionals
· Integrating elements into the planning and execution processes so that project requirements flow smoothlyIn addition, these individuals shall possess the following:
· Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
· Experience in preparing correspondence, written reports, and in briefing clients and management personnel
The PSS shall possess:Functional Responsibility: The PSS is responsible for supporting project management and administrative tasks.
· A bachelor’s degree (from an accredited college/university)
· 2 years of experience in the construction/project management field
