In other words, wherever there’s a major convention center and event venue, we’re there with experienced local teams providing exceptional service and support, whenever you need it. Due to a promotion, we are looking to add a Client Services Manager to our Atlanta team. As a CSM, you will manage and assist other account managers with corporate clients and trade shows coming to the various ANDMORE campuses (primarily AmericaMart in Atlanta). You will be responsible for preparing events, from gathering equipment and labor needs to organizing graphics and display needs. Additionally, the Client Services Manager is responsible for delivering a high level of customer service at all levels, including show organizers, exhibitors and venue personnel.

You will report directly to the Atlanta GM. Position does require being on-site full-time.

Salary is $60-65,000

What you’ll do:

• Manage the client ordering process, including special requests and unique offerings.
• Lead and oversee customer service initiatives in achieving the goals and timelines outlined for an event.
• Work with the operations manager in identifying and assigning the proper customer service staffing needed for an event.
• Work with operations manager to identify equipment needed for an event.
• Enter and maintain job tickets and client requests.
• Work with incoming clients to write quotes, work tickets, and invoices.
• Ability to create financial documents, budgets, and forecasts.
• Oversee labor onsite and actively work to reduce and maximize labor expenses while still effectively completing an event.
• Attending venue and client meetings as requested.
• Assist in qualifying sales leads.
• Serve as the face of the company within the local community and industry.

Who You Are:

• Experience in trade shows, live events, or related industry preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in operations or customer service.
• Strong client relationship and service delivery experience.
• Excellent written and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
