The Client Services Leader is a critical member of the Services Team, serving within our ministry by managing the development, implementation, and evaluation of processes of the primary phase of the Transformation Model.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops and manages programs, activities and staff providing vision, and direction needed to execute operating plans Recruits, hires, develops and evaluates team members with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities while building a highly engaged culture
  • Participates in organizational design work to continuously assess the program strengths and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborates with staff and teams on issues and projects relevant to operational support and client experience
  • Provides leadership presence on campus site for emergencies and essential decision making needs to ensure the safety and security of the campus
  • Ensures smooth internal communication with all stakeholders ensuring effective execution of processes
  • Ensures curriculum and interventions are in alignment
  • Manages programmatic schedule and services to ensure the efficiency and efficacy of client progression
  • Identifies and implements best practices to increase effectiveness
  • Facilitates team and interdepartmental trainings and meetings to maintain precision of process flow and ensure consistency of services
  • Facilitates methods to track client’s progress against the personalized service plan
  • Produces reports of program status throughout the client’s life cycle

Position Requirements:

  • Works efficiently with Microsoft to compose and draft documents and correspondence for presentations and communication
  • Ability to utilize database systems for metrics and data-driven decisions
  • Broad understanding of interdisciplinary services including counseling, social work, and vocational services
  • Strong relational skills ability to reach people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
  • Operations, which include budgets, management experience with a proven track record of navigating ambiguity, while meeting operational objectives
  • Experience identifying, innovating, and implementing best practices techniques and interventions
  • Communication skills that create positive impact and engagement (written, verbal and presentations)

Supervisory Requirements:

  • Direct reports comprised of interdisciplinary team members with both clinical and non-clinical skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Position requires remaining stationary for long periods and to move and walk to various locations, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, reach, pull, push, bend and twist.
  • Must have the ability to operate a computer, intranet services, and systems to maintain electronic health records. Must also have the ability to operate other office equipment, such as a copy machine, calculator and computer printer
  • Must be able to communicate accurate information
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 10lbs

Special Job Requirements:

  • While this position will primarily serve one campus, this position will require travel to additional campuses associated with Atlanta Mission for training and inter-departmental- collaborative meetings.
