We are searching for a talented and experienced customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Manager in Indianapolis, Indiana.  Our Production Managers provide pre-event planning with account managers to ensure all required products and Fern equipment are ready for our client’s events. You will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service both internally and externally. What you will be doing:

• Manage and assist other sales personnel with corporate clients and trade shows.
• Pre-event planning with account managers to ensure all required products and Fern equipment are ready and get to the show site and return to Fern after the show.
• Lead and oversee local labor in achieving the goals and timelines outlined for an event.
• Traffic manager in-house to insure and document all freight coming and going from the warehouse.
• Pulling and prepping and billing client-owned displays.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience supervising labor required.
• Experience in trade shows, live events, or related industries preferred
• Event experience a plus.
• Warehouse pallet jack, and forklift experience a plus 
• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Strong client relationship and service delivery experience
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
• High school diploma or equivalent
