Business Development Manager Job Description:

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our customer base within the life care and senior care sectors in the San Jose area. This is a key role within our organization, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our success.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the life care and senior care sectors to generate revenue and increase market share.
  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings, focusing on life care and senior care centers in the Bay area /San Jose area.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and objectives, with a focus on signing new contracts.
  • Research organizations and individuals within the life care and senior care sectors to find new opportunities for contracts with FarNic Assets and Resources.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders in the San Jose area.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and promote our services to life care and senior care centers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospects and clients, highlighting the benefits of partnering with our nursing staffing agency.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.
  • Utilize software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities related to life care and senior care contracts.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing- preferred, or related field.
  • Strong Business Develepment experiences for years can be a substitue for a Bachelor`s Degree.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the healthcare industry or related sectors.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of strategic planning principles and ability to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities within the life care and senior care sectors.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

Benefits:

We offer competitive compensation packages including salary, commission, and benefits.

Bonus and commission up to $ 2,000 per contract paid annually.
