SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for providing assistance in the day-to-day operation of the human resources function for the Faribault facility. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to employees, supervisors, and managers at the Faribault facility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
High school diploma required. Associates degree preferred. Human Resources certification(s) preferred.
Experience:
1-2 years of demonstrated human resources support experience in a multi-shift manufacturing environment.
Skills:
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
Proficiency with Word, Excel, Access and HRIS
Bilingual skills helpful
RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to the Human Resources Manager
Works closely with facility employees, managers, supervisors and other Human Resources personnel
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, reach, stretch, stoop, bend, use hands and fingers and climb stairs. This job requires the employee to be able to read, write and communicate orally in English. The employee must be able to hear and have color vision.
