We are seeking an HVAC Comfort Advisor to become an integral part of our team! As a Comfort Advisor at Cody & Sons Plumbing, Heating & Air, you will be responsible for assisting customers in making informed decisions about their heating and air conditioning needs. You will conduct assessments of customers' current systems, recommend appropriate solutions, and present options for repair or replacement. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and establishing long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home visits to assess customers' heating and air conditioning systems.
• Educate customers about their current system's performance, potential issues, and available solutions.
• Provide detailed explanations and recommendations for system repairs, maintenance, or replacement.
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for customers based on their specific requirements.
• Follow up with customers to address any questions or concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and technological advancements in the HVAC field.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using technology tools such as CRM or estimating software, and presentation tools.
• Experience in the HVAC industry preferred, but not required

Payscale:

Base salary, commissions and spiffs. Total target minimum compensation $100,000
