RG & Sons Plumbing is Hiring a Human Resources/Office Manager Near Tucson, AZ

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources/Office Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources/Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources department, including benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation, and employment law compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management and possess excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives

- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions

- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

- Oversee employee performance management processes, including performance evaluations and goal setting

- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations

- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency across the organization

- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure accurate recordkeeping

- Maintain employee records and HR databases, including field safety certifications

- Provide guidance to managers on HR-related matters

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources

-Maintain company organization charts and the employee directory

-Supervises and coordinates overall administrative and office activities

-Purchase of office supplies, and schedule maintenance of office equipment

-Participates as needed in special department projects

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role

- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Skills:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,160.00 - $62,400.00 per year
