Facilities Performance Group, LLC is looking for an Personal Assistant to join the team at our Memphis location.
We need a reliable Admin Assistant to be responsible for various clerical and secretarial duties with the primary focus on team support, with the responsibility of ownership and execution of specific tasks.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and direct calls accordingly with a positive attitude.
Greet guest with a hospitable and energetic work ethic.
Data Entry with accuracy.
Collect, Track and Process highly confidential employee communications, records, and documentation.
Create and Maintain digital files of confidential employee records and documentation.
Maintain Inventory of Supplies and Equipment
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in Office Setting Experience
Minimum 3 years Experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Confidentiality is highly important
Organizational skills, should be able to maintain organization while managing multiple task simultaneously.
Detail oriented with an understanding of deadlines, must be able to work within deadlines and able to handle a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
Team player with a positive attitude and possess a solid work ethic.
Basic Computer Skills are required
Be able to work independently in a fast- paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Posses a Valid Driver License
Must be able to pass a drug test and extensive criminal background check
Flexible Schedule- Shifts will vary Monday-Friday
