Northpoint Asset Management, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant for Northpoint's Columbus, Ohio region.
- HOURS:
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
- RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Administrative Assistant supports property management and sales agents. Responsibilities include phone scheduling, answering, forwarding, processing tenant applications, drafting contracts for Broker review, coordinating vendor work, emailing requested information, data-entry into a software accounting system, taking payments to the bank, resolving minor concerns and questions on behalf of property owners, tenants, and property managers.
- REQUIRED SKILLS:
Excellent verbal and written communication. Proficient in the use of software technology. Quick learner, multi-tasker, HIGHLY PRODUCTIVE!
