Administrative Assistant, Full Time M-F, 8a-5p

New Vista Health and Wellness is currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant for River Vista, a premier Behavioral Health Hospital located in Columbus, OH.

Estimated Pay Range : $40,000-50,000 / annually

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education :

High School Diploma or GED required

Work Experience :

• Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
• Dictation experience and ability to maintain meeting notes
• Insurance verification experience helpful

Other Requirements :

• Maintain CPR / First Aid / Handle With Care Certification
• Professional, courteous, and respectful interpersonal communication skills with clients, families, and other staff
• Teamwork, flexibility needed to fulfill job responsibilities, adapt to changes in work environment, and accept supervisory feedback
• Able to think outside the box and make sound decisions, able to give and follow directions, and able to work well under pressure
