We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Director – Human Resources to lead and direct the day-to-day functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and developing HR direct reports, employee relations management, leave of absence administration, organizational education on HR subject matter and leading and/or participating cross functional projects as HR subject matter expert.
As the Director – Human Resources, you will manage our HR Generalist and HR Assistant teams, work closely with senior leadership, our contact center operations team, and our Recruiting team.
