Eco-Staff, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for the right individual. Ideally this person will play a pivotal role in seeking new business opportunities to drive Eco-Staff’s revenue and growth in the Houston area. This individual will generate leads through networking, events, cold outreach as well as managing inbound leads generated by marketing. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter that thrives with the opportunity to exceed established sales and activity targets. The successful candidate will achieve sales goals and demonstrate the ability to target and manage their territory.
Responsibilities:
· Owns, develops, and grows current customer base and build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
· Consistently cultivates new customer relationships and adds measurable, new revenue streams regularly
· Addresses and remediates customer care matters with a sense of urgency
· Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business.
· Arrange meetings with prospective clients.
· Approach sales from a strategic, long-term perspective, and building relationships to continue Eco-Staff growth.
· Responsible for the growth and development of assigned region based on sales ability and business acumen.
· Generate business leads, follow through and ensure smooth transition in operations.
· Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients.
· Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them
· Builds market position by locating, developing, defining and closing business relationships.
· Protects Eco-Staff’s value by keeping information confidential.
· Successfully manage sales opportunities from initial contact through close.
· Proactively seeks out opportunities to develop business and capitalizing on market opportunities that are presented or enhance existing business through established relationships.
· Aligns with leadership team and corporate to ensure accountability for growth expectations.
· Perform other business-related duties as assigned.
· Meets with external clients to develop relationships that will lead to new business. Exercises professional discretion regarding sensitive and/or confidential issues. Utilizes effective communication and diplomatic skills when dealing with the public, clients and employees.
· Maintains rapport and provides successful business development with clients to promote effective interaction, quality solutions, and fair compensation for temporary employees.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and identify innovative solutions.
· Self-motivated and results-oriented
· Prepare proposals ensuring adherence to guidelines
· Identify and prospect for leads using various outreach methods – cold calling, email, LinkedIn and other social networking sites.
· Meets regularly with the recruitment team to communicate progress such as client feedback, give up to date information to ensure the team has an understanding of client requirements to deliver qualified candidates.
· Prepares sales activity reports
· Build and strengthen ties with key individuals at the decision-making level, leadership teams, professional connections and community leaders
