• Build a standard business model for a construction and real estate development company
• Research business trends and best practices for the construction industry
• Compile budgeting and pricing information
• Organize presentations for technical design and business development
• Help with product pitches and basic written documents to communicate business agendas

• Strong excel skills
• Great communication - both written, email, and in person
• Team-oriented
• Marketing, branding, or sales skills are a big plus
• Technical or engineering skills are also a plus

We design and produce patented building components which are assembled into housing kits at our factory in Central TX. Our strategy is to implement the latest materials and manufacturing processes to build a better, technology-integrated home. Our products are both affordable and sustainable and will be used to create new forms of residential real estate development.
