Eco Roof and Solar is Hiring a Commercial Roofing Sales Manager Near Denver, CO
EXCEL with ECO Roof and Solar! Eco Roof and Solar established in 2007 is growing and seeking a Commercial Sales Manager in our Denver, Colorado office.. We are a nationally renowned roofing company and we set ourselves apart by the team members we hire and the customer service we extend. Join our expanding accounting team with the opportunity to learn and grow professionally. This position will work out of our Denver office located near I-25 and Alameda. As a Commercial Sales Manager at ECO Roof and Solar you must have a full understanding of sales skills required to sell insurance based restoration and out of pocket (retail) projects and be able to pass that knowledge to your team. This position is primarily responsible for developing, managing and maintaining a successful sales team, driving and achieving individual, team and company goals and quota, providing education and training for the sales representatives that report to you and creating an environment geared towards success for their team. Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties to be may assigned
Set training throughout the year on existing products, new products, developmental sales training and other areas as needed
Recruit, Hire and Maintain a Successful Sales Team
Weekly, monthly and quarterly evaluation of the sales staff to either reduce, replace or add staff as business conditions dictate
Work with other departments in the office to ensure current policies and workflow are adhered to per company SOP’s
Identify existing sales reps that can be promoted from within the company
Monitor commercial development projects to ensure successful completion and customer satisfaction
Develop and position communication and marketing programs and campaigns to reach targeted areas
Expand products and services within the designated markets
Analyzes sales successes and incorporates accrued data into forecasts for planning
Support building activities and profit margin improvement
Review, analyze, and communicate operational results of all related business segments monthly.
Prepare annual budgeting processes for the division
Guide sales to completion with your team, meet with top customers to discuss new products, current level of customer service and other touch points as needed
Making sure sure quota are met by each sales team member
SKILL SET:
Three to Five years sales management experience
Residential and Commercial Roofing experience
Salesforce and Acculynx working knowledge
Leadership training
Marketing and Networking prose
Salary Range - 70 to 80K plus commission BENEFITS:
