This Role will be responsible for managing and growing the Service Department in our Centennial, CO branch.

Creating and maintaining relationships with Building Managers/Owners, Property Management companies.

Lead and manage Account Manager and team, providing guidance and coaching

Analyze market trends and identify new buisness opportunities

Stay up to date with industry trends

What you Bring:

·Ability to demonstrate a consistent history of attaining formal annual, quarterly and monthly revenue

Minimum of 2 years experience B2B Commercial Roofing Industry

·Commercial Roofing experience is required

·Demonstrated success in selling a blend of medium to large accounts
