Company Description

The company is a residential, commercial, and multi-family contractor that assists clients with various roofing needs, including repair, replacement, installation, storm restoration, and insurance claims. The company has its headquarters in Denver, DFW & Austin. The The company promise guides the company's efforts to be the top full-service general contractor with a specialty in roofing & painting.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role, implying that the role is located in the Denver Metropolitan Area, but some work from home is acceptable for a Roofing Sales position. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business, developing relationships with customers, and managing the sales cycle from start to finish.

Qualifications

Proven work experience as a sales representative, with experience in roofing considered a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Familiarity with office and CRM software (acculynz, xactimate)
Ability to build productive business relationships from scratch
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales

We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. The ability to thrive under pressure, expert negotiation skills, creative thinking, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets will be highly valued.
1099 commissions sales on a 9/50/50 split. With company provided leads and company vehicle, gas card and toll tag.
