Sales Manager Duties

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives

- Lead and manage the sales team to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets

- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs

- Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closed (and beyond) ensuring customer satisfaction

- Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to align sales strategies with overall business objectives

- Hire New Sales Reps with our streamlined hiring process

- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management

- Uphold the high standards of our culture and ethics

Experience Level

- Background in insurance restoration roofing is highly preferred with the ability and knowledge to explain products to clients with ease and answer questions with confidence

- Proven experience in a leadership role in sales, preferably as a Manager or Director of Sales

- Strong negotiation and analytical skills to effectively manage complex sales processes

- Demonstrated success in business development and account management

- Can be coachable for personal development

- Extensive experience in driving sales growth and meeting revenue targets

- In-depth knowledge of the sales process, market trends, and industry best practices

- Experience in outside sales, particularly in technology sales, is highly desirable

- Proficiency in using Acculynx to track and manage sales activities

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team
