Do you have outside sales experience? or big ticket sales experience? Wanna sell something different from what you have been?
13 years ago I was so over being an accountant, and I needed to make more money than my $50k salary. I had put myself through school doing sales. So I looked into that. I checked out MLMs. I checked out retail sales, network marketing, inbound phone sales, telemarketing, insurance sales, real estate sales, and door to door sales. I looked at small ticket items like pest control, medium ticket sales like home security, and big ticket sales like online courses and becoming a guru. I thought about doing route sales like beverages or medical. Some sales careers required a degree, a certification, or a large up front investment. I needed something that didn't have a huge barrier to entry.
Then I heard about roofing sales and realized that's what I needed. Big ticket. Large commission. Don't have to compete on price because 3rd party payor. Not dependent on the economy. Very small barrier to entry. Short training period. Quicker payouts than other big ticket items like solar. The list goes on.
Demand is high this year. We had several hail storms this past summer. Because of that, every roofing company in the Denver area is hiring sales people. Make sure you look into us before you make your decision on which company to work for.
We have a full office staff for support. Our sales people sell, and our construction specialists manage building the projects. Having specialists like this helps speed up the process (think more jobs/sales for you), and it keeps our customers happier. (Think referrals.)
We have paid training--actual training. We don't give you a shirt, some contracts, and a 2 hour ride-along then say, "go get 'em!" Here you have to earn your shirt through the blood, sweat, and tears of an in-class course including quizzes and an in-depth field training course.
We have advancement opportunities.
We have been in business for almost 15 years and have thousands of satisfied customers.
We service homes and commercial properties from Pueblo to Cheyenne.
We pay for previous roofing sales experience.
We also don't keep the bad apples around. We understand that we operate best as a team that gets along well.
