Role Overview:
Join us as a Outside Sales / Field Representative and contribute to PRQ's revolutionary approach. This role is more than just sales; it's about participating in a movement. You will leverage our robust, data-driven systems to deliver unparalleled customer experiences. Your role is crucial in continuing our story of success and customer satisfaction, embodying our trust, excellence, and continuous improvement ethos.
Responsibilities:
● Maximize every sales and relationship-building opportunity
● Exceed personal sales targets while demonstrating solid customer focus
● Initiate and maximize each sales opportunity with existing and prospective customers while developing and maintaining key client relationships
● Develop strong product and customer knowledge
● Work on special projects and contribute to team domination
● Communicate with customers throughout the sales lifecycle
● Work closely with our Marketing Team & Sales Manager to provide new and innovative ideas maximizing market sales opportunities
● Provide daily reports to Sales Manager and participate in weekly Marketing meetings
● Door to door sales
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, or kneel for extended periods
Work Environment:
- Field- based role with frequent travel to residential properties
- Exposure to outdoor elements, including inclement weather
Benefits:
- Base salary and bonus structure
- Up to $150,000/year!

Experience:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and record keeping
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various locations as needed.
