Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Duties:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress towards goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities
