Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management techniques.
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and close deals.
- Utilize technology sales strategies to promote and sell our products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business development opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and monitor performance.
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technology sales role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present information and negotiate with clients.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as it will allow you to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
