Concrete Poppy Design is a Denver based sustainable candle company hiring a Sales Representative for weekend markets/pop up events. CPD is a fast growing, women owned, high energy environment looking for the right person to join our team! While prior experience isn't required, there are many hats to wear and plenty to learn. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, passion for connecting with customers, an interest in entrepreneurship and a willingness to jump right in!

Both Saturday and Sunday availability preferred starting beginning of May.

Responsibilities

• Load In/Out Inventory: Responsible for transporting inventory to and from weekend markets. A mid to full-size SUV is required for adequate space.
• Drive Sales: Actively sell products, explain the unique benefits of our sustainable candles, and encourage repeat business by building strong customer relationships.
• Connect with Customers: Engage with customers during weekend markets to enhance their shopping experience and promote our sustainable candles.
• Booth Management: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized booth to ensure a pleasant environment for both customers and staff.

**No sales experience necessary, we'll train the right candidate. We will teach you step by step our sales approach and values so you feel confident in everything you do!

Qualifications

Drive a mid to full-size SUV is required

Be able to lift 40 lbs.

Be able to work on your feet for a 4-8 hour day

Excellent communication

$18 an hour Commission
