We are looking for Project Managers to join our Team!
All Exterior Solutions Inc is a Colorado-based and family-owned roofing business,
with over 20 years of industry experience. We’ve vowed to provide an excellent product
with excellent workmanship. All roofs are replaced with high-quality shingles by
experienced roofers, and then inspected by trained professionals.

All Exterior Solutions Inc knows that their desire to help people would come together
to form a successful family-run business. Having your home’s roof torn off and replaced
is a big deal! We train and mentor salesmen, roofers, and support personnel in order to
provide the best, most knowledgeable service possible. And last, but not least, we
provide a friendly, professional, yet fun atmosphere to work in; and always treat our
employees with great care!
Compensation is 100% commission, sign on bonus PLUS monthly and annual
bonuses. 
Responsibilities:
 Ensure all proper materials are on site and appropriate for the job
 Communicate between the home owner, install crew, production coordinator and
all members of the team
 Plan, organize, and manage roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring that all
projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
standards.
 Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track project
progress against these plans.
 Conduct regular site visits to monitor and supervise roofing installations, ensuring
compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
 Collaborate with the sales team to review project proposals, estimates, and
contracts, and provide input on project feasibility and cost considerations.
Requirements:
 Experience as a Project Manager or people management experience is a plus,
but not required.
 Solid understanding of project management principles, including budgeting,
scheduling, and resource allocation Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to effectively manage and motivate project teams
 Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle
