Roofing Sales Project Manager Needed!
Position: Entry Level to Seasoned Salespeople needed.
Location: Denver Metro & surrounding area. (Offices in Lakewood & Weldona)
Pay: Uncapped Commission with averages from $75,000 – $150,000 per year Bonuses.

Responsibilities:
· Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals to identify potential roofing projects.
· Follow up on and manage company provided leads assigned to you - Check out our online presence & Google reviews.
· Manage roofing projects from initial client contact through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
· Conduct thorough roof inspections and assessments to accurately determine project scope and provide cost estimates to clients.
· Educate clients on roofing materials, products, and services, guiding them through the decision-making process.
· Develop and present proposals tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each client, outlining recommended solutions and pricing options.
· Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company policies.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and installation crews, to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
· Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
· Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and maximize sales growth.
Qualifications:
· Sales experience preferred but will train.
· Valid driver's license.
· Reliable vehicle preferred; company vehicles available for use with additional agreements.
· Comfortable and able to climb ladders and access (safe) roofs for inspections.
· Presentable, energetic, social, and possess strong people skills.
· Goal orientated and achievement focused.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
· Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
