As a leader in the PDC and switchgear industry, our Project Managers maintain an oversight of our products from conception to delivery. Working with all departments to ensure a successful handoff to our customers.

As a Program Manager, you will:

• Have experience coordinating with multiple departments and individuals, spanning a variety of projects
• Have experience setting project targets and milestones, communicating these and delegating tasks to the appropriate team members for efficient completion
• Have experience mitigating risks and costs by making effective and appropriate decision when presented with issues
• Have the advanced experience communicating with multiple departments, teams, and stakeholders to act as a single point of contact for projects
• Have the ability to communicate project statuses to appropriate executives to validate the path of a project
• Have the ability to adjust project targets and milestones based on organizational needs, then effectively communicate this change to the appropriate stakeholders.

A successful candidate for this role will:

• Have experience and understanding of basic electrical distribution systems
• Have advanced experience in project management
• Present proficient interpersonal and communication skills
