SUMMARY:
The Project Manager at Mile Hi Companies is a pivotal role that oversees the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of a project. This individual is a strategic planner, a problem-solver, and a dynamic leader who ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. By effectively managing resources and communicating across all levels of the organization, the Project Manager plays a crucial role in driving Mile Hi Companies’ continuous improvement and operational excellence.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:
This individual must be able to operate Windows-based PC programs, have internet search skills, the ability to learn and utilize computer programs, and must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint as well as various virtual meeting platforms including Zoom & Microsoft Teams.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The role requires a combination of desk-based and on-site activities. The candidate must be capable of operating in diverse environments, from office settings to warehouse and distribution centers, including exposure to varying temperatures. Physical requirements include handling documents, equipment operation, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Travel to project sites may be required.

$115,000 /year
