  • Eckert & Ziegler Isotope Products provides sealed and unsealed radiation sources and materials for Medical Imaging sources;
  • Industrial sources for measurement and analysis; Oil Well Logging sources and related products; Reference, Calibration and Environmental Monitoring sources and solutions;
  • Bulk radioisotopes for pharmaceutical, therapeutic and industrial product manufacturing; Services for collection, recycling and disposal of sources and low-activity waste;
  • Sources for industrial Non-Destructive Testing; High-Activity radiation sources for radiation processing and sterilization;

Medical and Industrial irradiators for blood irradiation, sterilization or calibration.

The Job

Eckert & Ziegler Isotope Products seeks a Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The position assists with implementing HR policies, services and programs geared towards maintaining an employee-oriented culture.

The Human Resources Assistant helps with benefits, recruiting, administrative HR functions and inquiries.

Duties :

  • Become familiar and assist with the administration of employee benefit programs
  • Learn New Hire processes and employee set up in Litmos (Learning Management System)
  • Become familiar and attend general HR legal updates
  • Recruiting, including emailing, scheduling and conducting interviews
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Conducts and leads internal and external audits
  • Filing, scanning, copying, maintain personnel files, 401(k) files, etc., and other clerical responsibilities
  • Assist with company event coordination, and other duties as required by management

Requirements :

  • Minimum High School education
  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service; 1 year employee benefits or general HR experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in-person, verbal and written
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong service orientation with ability to effectively partner (internally and externally) with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Capacity to learn new tasks quickly and retain new information
  • Skilled at managing tasks while balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be flexible to changing priorities
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
