POSITION SUMMARY

We believe that our people are our greatest asset. Our HR department aims to deliver an innovative approach to find, grow, and retaining best-fit talent. You'll be an advocate of our culture and values, partnering closely with leaders to help build intentionally curated companies and make amazing people decisions.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team.

As the right hand to our COO, you will be responsible for solving complex organizational challenges through people-related solutions. You'll help create structures and assist in managing the end-to-end people strategy that will support employees in reaching their professional ambitions. This will require you to think big, use data to guide your work, be comfortable challenging conventions and, in some cases, to reinvent how work is done. You’ll partner with our COO to design and execute strategies for how we staff, onboard, develop, motivate, retain and organize work. As part of our culture, you’ll also have the opportunity to be hands on and work side-by-side with employees to get things done in a variety of people-related areas. As a core part of this hands-on work, you will be partnering to roll out programs to support Early Medical, including compensation, performance and talent programs.

As a small organization, this role encompasses various HR general functions, including payroll administration with our PEO Partner, supporting Managers during recruiting seasons, helping guide employee onboarding, managing benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance, with a strong emphasis on building and developing our processes.

Benefits Administration:

  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Address employee inquiries related to benefits and assist with open enrollment processes.
