LOCATION DETAILS
This role is a remote-first approach, benefiting from face-to-face interactions while various staff and leadership travel to Austin monthly for department workshops, strategic planning sessions, and team-building activities with the CEO. This blend of remote work and in-person engagement ensures a vibrant, cohesive team dynamic that celebrates both autonomy and collective achievement.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team.
As the right hand to our COO, you will be responsible for solving complex organizational challenges through people-related solutions. You'll help create structures and assist in managing the end-to-end people strategy that will support employees in reaching their professional ambitions. This will require you to think big, use data to guide your work, be comfortable challenging conventions and, in some cases, to reinvent how work is done. You’ll partner with our COO to design and execute strategies for how we staff, onboard, develop, motivate, retain and organize work. As part of our culture, you’ll also have the opportunity to be hands on and work side-by-side with employees to get things done in a variety of people-related areas. As a core part of this hands-on work, you will be partnering to roll out programs to support Early Medical, including compensation, performance and talent programs.
As a small organization, this role encompasses various HR general functions, including payroll administration with our PEO Partner, supporting Managers during recruiting seasons, helping guide employee onboarding, managing benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance, with a strong emphasis on building and developing our processes.

SALARY RANGE:
There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, the highest level of completed education, and years of experience sought/required.
The annual base salary range for this role is between $80K - $90K.
