Summary: Citizens, Inc. is seeking a highly effective Human Resources Director with strong collaboration, strategic planning, problem-solving and communication skills who demonstrates the ability to effectively influence, lead, and act as an agent of change. The HR Director must have strong business acumen, make data driven decisions, and utilize their HR expertise to enable the business. Our HR Director should enjoy the challenge of working with different cultures and backgrounds. Our HR Director must be a culture builder, status quo challenger, and someone who believes that creating a great employee experience is a critical component of a business strategy. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to enable business achievement, growth, and scalability.
