About our position
We’re looking for a well-organized and enthusiastic team player with strong skills and experience to support ASI’s HR department. In this position, you’ll provide excellent customer service and support to our global staff, serve as a knowledgeable resource for HR policies and procedures, maintain accurate HR records and documentation, enter data into and pull reports from our HRIS (ADP), and perform other administrative and facilities management tasks. You’ll also work closely with other members of the HR and Legal team to recruit and onboard new employees and track compliance with training and other legal requirements. Finally, you will play a key role in organizing employee events designed to ensure employee engagement for our nearly 400 employees located around the world.
