Under direct supervision of the Director of Cage and Credit, enhances effectiveness by performing a variety of administrative duties and tasks. Processes and tracks requests for purchase requisitions, invoices and performs data entry. Records, files and maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED plus one (1) year administrative or secretarial experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to type at least 60 wpm and demonstrate proficiency in grammar, spelling, math, and filing. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license and to include the following:
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the team member regularly is required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk. The employee occasionally is required to stand; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment:
Work is generally performed in an office and casino setting with exposure to second-hand smoke, currency dust particles, and a high noise level. Evening, graveyard, holiday and/or weekend work may be required. Extended hours and irregular shifts may also be required.
