Trillium Woods is recruiting for a Part-Time Human Resources Assistant. In this role you will provide Human Resources support to the community and Director of Human Resources. This person is a key member of the Community's team adhering to policies and procedures and upholding the Community's mission, philosophy, values and the Company's vision, principles and Hospitality Promises.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Human Resources Assistant:

HR Functions:

* Greets, directs and provides customer service to employees and visitors via in-person, electronic and telephone interactions.

* Maintains confidentiality of all information related to the business, the employees and the performance of job duties. Follows the community policy when releasing authorized information for employment verifications.

* Recruiting the right talent by working with the hiring managers to determine staffing requirements and coordinating recruitment and selection process for all Trillium Woods positions.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

* High school diploma with at least 3-5 years of applicable experience, or an equivalent combination of formal education (AA Degree, BA degree or HR Certificate) and experience.

* Comprehensive knowledge of administrative functions including office equipment.

* Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and HRIS system applications.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
