Human Resources Business Partner

WAGE RANGE: $71,000-$82,000/annually
JOB SUMMARY: Catholic Charities is seeking an experienced dynamic, collaborative, strategic individual who is compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally aware to work as a Human Resources Business Partner.
This individual, in partnership with their team, will facilitate, coordinate, and execute the human resources functions in the areas of recruitment, performance management, employee relations, engagement and retention activities, compensation and employee benefits coordination and communications, training and development, and project management.
They will conduct employee investigations and work with internal and external resources on legal and regulatory issues related to employment.
They will support all employees in building a culture of respect and appreciation and continuing to make Catholic Charities an employer of choice. They will lead department and agency-wide projects and represent HR throughout the agency.
